I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve!

Birth Doula Benefits:

  • ​A birth doula stays with the laboring person throughout the entire birth process, providing emotional and physical support and an objective viewpoint.

  • With a doula there is typically shorter labor times, less likely to need interventions, immediate postpartum support for birthing person and baby, continued support for birthing person and partner(s).

  • A birth doula helps their clients get the information they need to make informed decisions. 

  • Regardless of who is in the delivery room with you—partner, friend, family member, etc—doulas are there to support them as well. This allows your support person to be as involved in the birthing process as they’d like to be.

Birth Doula Package~This package includes:
  • a complimentary 30 minute consultation
  • Preparing for Birth Journal
  • text/email/phone support
  • 2 prenatal visits (35 and 37 weeks)
  • on-call availability at 38 weeks until labor begins
  • labor and delivery support
  • immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours)
  • 1 postpartum visits (5-7 days postpartum)
